Octagonlock System,our patent product, was

developped by our cheif engineer in 2008.

The ring on the standard is with 8 straight sides,

perfectly fits the ledger and diagonal head,which

makes the system to be extremely stable.

Rapid-Scaffold is one of the sponsor and compiler of

China Disklock(ringlock) Scaffolding System National

Standard. And octagonlock is the prototype

in this standard.

 

We provided Jiangyin Chengxi Shipyard Co., Ltd with

our octagonlock system and helped them with the

erection plan. The system is used both inside and

outside the ship as working platform. The original

plan which uses tube and coupler takes up to 62 tons

of gear. With the advantage of our new octagonlock

system, we finished with an amazing amout of 13

tons.

 

In the project of Ma'anshan Exhibiton Center

Stadium, hundereds of tons of octagonlock scaffolding

is used to build the external working platform and

internal shoring system.
